So we’ve all felt the dread of AI taking over the creative jobs when we’d all rather have AI do our taxes and laundry instead, but there is one thing AI can’t touch…

Human connection,
Human emotions,
Human flow state,
Human chaos of creativity,
Human mistakes turning into a new creative process.

Most importantly AI is nothing without humans. How can a machine recreate the divine feminine energy of chaos and pure creation? You need a natural sense of un-orderliness, fire, destruction, pain, transformation, desire, and passion all at the same time. This isn’t something AI can re-create. AI is naturally a masculine energy of order, numbers, structures, and patterns.

AI can never recreate the pure energy of the dance of creativity between a photographer and their subject (or an artist and their muse). There is something special when you are in sync with creativity between you and your own energy. You’re tapped into the creative juice. There is something so special about feeling this flow state of effortlessness. You forget you are creating. You leave your body and can’t feel hunger or pain. You are in a state of blissful creativity and you can watch it breathe in and out.

Now tell me can AI do that? Or better yet, do we want AI to do that?

Creatives will always have the upper hand because at our core we are chaos and chaos cannot be created with order ever.
